Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Return Window
You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof (image/video) is required for verification

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)

Exchange Option
We can offer a replacement instead of refund if preferred.
